Skiathos

Skiathos – Small Island, Big Beaches

Overview

Skiathos is compact, pine‑forested and blessed with an improbable number of sandy beaches. The island’s rhythm is simple—bus along the south‑coast road by day, swim, nap, repeat, then drift into Skiathos Town for a harbourside evening. The north coast is wilder, with boat‑only coves and monastic paths. Culture is modest, but the combination of ease and beach quality makes Skiathos one of Greece’s simplest summer pleasures.
